Bar & Waiting Staff

Orocco Pier is an ambitious and forward-thinking company made up of passionate, focused and upbeat professionals. We are expanding our ranks and seeking additional bar & waiting staff for our busy cafe bar, restaurant, and events venue.

We are looking for someone keen to advance their career in the hospitality industry, who may be looking for their next step. Alternatively we can accommodate those looking for a few part time hours to fit in with studies or other commitment’s .Whilst experience is preferred, full training can be given to the right candidate with the right can-do attitude.

We offer:

• Up to £11.44 per hour. Hourly rates are dependent on experience , age and subject to review.
• A share of service charge and tips. We apply a 10% service charge against all food and drinks bills. This can serve as a significant boost to your hourly rate.
• A flexible shift pattern that strikes a genuine work-life balance that can be worked around your other commitments.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working in a hospitality environment or a real passion to learn about it
• A real interest in food and drinks.

• Flexible availability. We operate from 7am-12am  7 days a week ,and require staff throughout .Availability at some point at weekends is essential
• A positive outlook on life and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• An understanding that ensuring our guest’s comfort and safety is their greatest priority.
